Healing Meditation

Healing Meditation the Process.

Seat in a comfortable position or you can lie down if you need to do that.
  • Imagine that your body is slowly filling with light starting from the toes and slowly moving upwards towards your head.
  • Feel that the light moving threw your body is relaxing all of your body your muscle your bones all of your cells.
  • Feel that your entire body is filled with light and is radiating from your eyes.
  • Feel that you are directing the light towards any area of your body that need to be healed.
  • Imagine that the pain and discomfort is being dissolved by the light and you feel good.
Repeated in your mind:
I feel my body with warm healing light.
This light is returning me to health and vitality.
I am a healthy again as i should be.

The aim of meditation is to bring inner peace within yourself and the word in a positive and spiritual way.
If is essential to create positive and peaceful thoughts to bring peace to your mind.
The best way that we can create that change is to change our thoughts from being negative to be being positive once we archive that we will bring balance and peace to our lives.
